Billing questions
Do I need a separate account for each product?
No. One 9xAI login works across 9x Chat, 9x Code, 9x Co-pilots and 9x Studio, and they share one wallet of credits.
What are credits?
Credits are what you spend when the AI works for you. Every plan includes monthly credits, and you can top up any time. Heavier jobs such as video use more credits than a short chat.
Can I pay in rupees?
Yes. All plans and top-ups are in Indian rupees, paid by UPI, cards or net banking through Razorpay. GST is extra and is added at checkout.
Can I cancel?
Plans renew only when you pay again; nothing is charged automatically. Top-up credits remain while your plan is active.
